Client Brief
- Client wanted to update their current investment property and maximise earning potential by creating another living area
- Master bedroom with ensuite
- Add a 2 bedroom granny flat at the font of the property
- Client wanted modern finishes and we worked closely with them to remain inside their budget.
The results speak for themselves, turning a dark dingy 3 bedroom house into a light filled 4 bedroom house with 2nd living area to maximise its earning potential. As well as adding a granny flat. Would happily recommend Jake and his team to anyone that is looking at renovating their existing house or building a secondary dwelling.
