A reclaimed cobblestone fireplace forms the heart of the main living space — carefully engineered and integrated as both a structural and visual anchor. Underfoot, limestone tiling transitions effortlessly into engineered timber and plush carpeted zones, each junction detailed with precision to ensure cohesion across expansive interiors.

Beyond the residence, the scope extended to fully landscaped grounds incorporating a championship tennis court and dedicated golf chipping area, delivered in parallel with the main build. Internally, a purpose-built TrackMan golf simulator and private sauna required specialist structural, acoustic and services coordination to integrate flawlessly within the home’s framework.
